An open-source, free-to-use health management tool designed to simplify patient care by providing seamless management of patient records, vitals tracking, doctor prescriptions, medicine reminders, and detailed medical reports. Additionally, Vitals facilitates structured planning of daily schedules with timely reminders, and supports customized exercises tailored specifically for Aphasia recovery and physical rehabilitation.
This project was inspired by my personal journey when my mother suffered a paralytic stroke. Managing her medical care, keeping track of prescriptions, daily schedules, and rehabilitation exercises became increasingly overwhelming. Driven by the need for a streamlined solution, I created Vitals to assist caregivers and patients alike in managing complex medical care with ease and efficiency. It has helped me an I wanted to share and help people with similar needs
